Not that I don't love that my boys play soccer, BUT the Saturday games at windy Simplot Field are inconveniently located, COLD, and always in the middle of the day. The boys both progressed tremendously. Charlie has a killer long ball and finally figured out that dribbling toward the goal was a more effective method of scoring. This is his 2nd year with the same group of boys (who called themselves "The Tornadoes") and his 5th season all together playing soccer. He really has come a long way and most importantly...he loves it. Soccer is a good energy release for him. Cole participated in his second season of Parents and Kids Soccer, where he continued to hone his ball skills playing games like "Fox and Rabbit." It's so fun to watch the boys running, being really active, interacting with friends and having a great time. I'm also a sucker for my little boys in uniforms. They look pretty cute.
