We're so lucky we live in Idaho! Just 2 hours away and we're in the complete wilderness. Charlie disagreed initially stating "it's not called the wilderness, because there's no snow." Our perfect campsite was located on the south fork of the Payette River nestled between the Sawtooth National Recreation Area and the Boise National Forest. We drove around for an extra 1/2 hour looking for just the right place and came upon a secret/secluded camp area with 4 sites and no other people. Gloria ran free. The boys ran wild. I ran to chair to sit and read...aahh. Every aspect of the weekend was great and could only be improved by a toilet, but we Taylors are tough-we can rough it. I think Cole "held it" for the night. After looking all around and finding that there were no bathrooms, he asked "where do we go poop?" When he learned the wild ways he vehemently denied the need to go. We loved the trip and look forward to many more.

Since I haven't blogged in a while, here are some kid tids:

On the way home from camping, Cole asked "when I'm an adult, will I still be named Colebuggy?" We said he could just be "Cole" if he wanted. Cole said, "I think I'll be Colebug instead."

During breakfast recently Cole exclaimed "Sausage and bacon is gooder than candy!" When we asked Charlie what his favorite food was, he said "teeter tots."
